A Message from Our Founder

Succession Search Partners was built on a simple idea: hiring should feel personal.

I’m Justin. I’ve spent more than fifteen years in sales leadership, building teams, hiring talent, and helping people grow. I’ve also worked inside a large hiring tech company, which gave me a front-row seat to how challenging the hiring process can be for both sides. Businesses struggle to find the right people. Job seekers struggle to stand out. I started Succession to bridge that gap and make hiring a better experience for everyone involved.
